REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED.  

YOU MAY REGISTER ONSITE AT THE MEETING ON JANUARY 1. 

The onsite fee is $375 for both members and visitors

MEMBERS ONLY:  
Register by clicking the continue without logging in button. 
You will be asked to create a unqiue id and password.  It is suggested that you create an id and password that is easily remembered.  
The new id and password will allow you to register for the meeting, pay your dues, and keep your account information updated and current.  
Do not use the login information used to access the member only login on the website homepage that takes you to the restricted member page.  
Once the Annual Meeting Registration is paid and processed you will be taken to a 2015 dues renewal page.

If you are a first time visitor you must complete the application process for approval before registering for the annual meeting.
